Memberships Info

Memberships and Membership Renewals can be purchased only on certain dates during the year.

Please see our calendar for the available dates and make sure you check again before coming to the club on the date, as exceptions and changes could happen.

Our Membership Coordinator is a volunteer and cannot always guarantee availability.

General Information

Use of the indoor facility 7 days a week 24 hours a day for the membership year (excluding scheduled event times).  All memberships exclude membership in Archery Alberta and Archery Canada, qualifying members for coverage under Archery Canada’s insurance program, which are now paid separately through the online registration.

Memberships are valid from January 1st to December 31st of the calendar year.

There are mandatory fees from our governing bodies: Archery Alberta and Archery Canada, require fees for insurance purposes which are purchased as part of the club registration process.

Honorary

  • Honorary Lifetime memberships are awarded to those members who have made a significant contribution to the club through several years of dedicated volunteer service. All membership fees are waived except for the member's Alberta Archery/Archery Canada fee
Liftetime

* As a volunteer-run organization, it is expected that club members will volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per year (or 10h for a family). Each member is required to pay a $100.00 volunteer deposit ($50 for seniors age 65 or older, $200 for a family).

The deposit is returned to the member when they complete their compulsory volunteer service.

For the club

‡‡ 1 or 2 parent(s)/guardian(s) & up to 4 dependent children under the age of 18 as of Dec. 31st.

For Archery Alberta & Archery Canada

3 or more family members required and must include at least one parent/guardian. Youth: 20 years and under as of December 31st. Max 2 youths.

There is also the option of a membership from May to December at:

$243.76 for Juniors, Seniors and Students

$275.76 for Adults

$607.76 example for a Family of 2 adults + 1 youth

with the fees, definitions, and restrictions indicated above for the annual membership options.

The Membership/ Renewal Process

Following Archery AB and Archery Canada processes, we use an online format for new membership & renewal registrations.

IMPORTANT: A password is required to enter a new or renew online registration, so it is necessary for members to do this on-site with our Membership coordinator at the designated dates in our calendar.  Door key cards will be set/updated at this time as well.

Please confirm dates and times on the calendar before your visit, as our Membership Coordinator is a volunteer and cannot guarantee availability.

Club fees DON’T include our governing bodies, Archery Alberta and Archery Canada, fees but they can be purchased as part of the club registration process.

Online Page

On the corresponding date, the registration will be done through an online page that you can check here.

Devices & Security

We recommend online registrations to be completed on personal cell phones, tablets, iPads or laptops that you bring, but alternatively, a club computer could be available for your use.

Renewals requirement

To avoid receiving a new number or take time looking it up, please bring your Alberta Archery or either an Archery Canada or a competition registration number from another province.

Waivers

Two waivers are included in the registration process that will need to be completed.

Additional fees

Unfortunately, there are some additional service fees associated with the online process.

Only Credit Card Payments

Only credit card payments are accepted. No cash, cheque, bank debit or e-transfer payments will be accepted for memberships.
